Installation & Commissioning

We manage projects in well-defined stages, with sponsor review at each point. Even when third-party vendors are involved, we stay hands-on to ensure seamless delivery, top-tier training, and thorough testing.

Operational Handover

Taking a new solution live or making significant changes to existing systems requires thorough knowledge of the supporting workflows, services and the responsibilities of suppliers. We achieve this stage with a high level of detail applied to all areas, with documentation, training and ongoing support provided.
